The Office of the District Judge, Bankura, is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for various staff posts as per Employment Notification No. 01-2024, dated May 22, 2024. Selection Process

For Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff

  1. Written Examination: 100 marks with 50 multiple-choice questions (2 marks each). Subjects include Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali, and General Knowledge. Duration: 60 minutes. Negative marking: 1 mark for each wrong answer.
  2. Personality Test: 20 marks. Candidates will be called for this test in the ratio of 1:5 based on their performance in the written examination.
  3. Final Panel: Prepared based on the total marks obtained in the written examination and personality test.

For Process Server and Group-D

  1. Written Examination: 100 marks with 50 multiple-choice questions (2 marks each). Subjects include Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali, and General Knowledge. Duration: 60 minutes. Negative marking: 1 mark for each wrong answer.

Application Process

Part – 1: Basic Information

  1. Fill in the basic information and verify the details.
  2. Press the “I Agree” button to confirm the details.
  3. An 8-digit Application Number will be generated.
  4. Upload a scanned passport-sized color photograph (image format: .jpg, size: 30KB to 50KB).

Part – 2: Payment of Application Fee

  1. Make payment through the online payment portal of State Bank of India using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/E-Challan.
  2. Preserve the payment receipt for future reference.
  3. Log in after 72 hours to download the filled form and complete the registration process.

Note: Both Part I and Part II must be completed. Partial completion will result in an ineligible application.
